Please check the mail archives for a previous post of mine covering
this topic. Setting up cvspserver via xinetd is pretty straight
forward. Once you setup cvspserver in /etc/xinetd.d/cvspserver, issue a
'service xinetd reload' from the shell. If you are still having problems
send me an email.
