Getting a report out of CVS

Hi All,

 

In a development team we asked the programmers to include the index number of Trouble Tickets they fix to their descriptions, everytime they commit the source codes. Now, I like to get some reports such as the followings from the CVS repository:

 

- In what release a particular Trouble Ticket was fixed, what files were altered for the fix and who altered the files

- What Trouble tickets were fixed between say release x and y.

 

These kind of queries should be easily possible using simple searches on the log files. Do you know of any particular programs or CGI scripts that can provide such reports?
