How did you manage to do that? CVS won't commit a new revision unless
the file has changed or you explicitly beat it over the head with the -f
option. You shouldn't be using -f as a matter of course.

The best thing to do is ignore it; a null revision takes up essentially
no space and has essentially no performance impact. If you insist, you
can delete it with admin -o.
