For example the cvsgui list has this footer:

...which makes it blindingly obvious.

Yes, you do have a good point :-) My apologies to the list for wasting
peoples time. Now it's been pointed out it's very obvious, and boy, do I
feel stupid! I've looked at that page and read it several times but have
never 'seen' the unsubscribe bit before, dunno why!
