I had the following error when trying to add a file.

C:\MBTVSA\Mbtv\docs\dtunerdocs>cvd add PSM_Design.doc
Bad command or file name

C:\MBTVSA\Mbtv\docs\dtunerdocs>cvs commit
PSM_Design.doc
CVS.EXE commit: use `CVS.EXE add' to create an entry
for PSM_Design.doc
CVS.EXE [commit aborted]: correct above errors first!

C:\MBTVSA\Mbtv\docs\dtunerdocs>cvs add PSM_Design.doc
cvs server: scheduling file `PSM_Design.doc' for
addition
cvs server: use 'cvs commit' to add this file
permanently

You are trying to delete PSM_Design.doc.You are not
authorised to delete files in the repository.Re-add
this file with cvs add and commit again

The first time,i gave 'cvd/ instead of 'cvs'-- a typo
I didn't notice.
I understand everything except why is it saying I am
trying to delete this file when I give commit?(I have
a script which disallows users from cvs remove and
committing files from rep,by using the '-' prepended
to the file revision number in CVS/entries file).
Can someone explain this?
