Maybe I'm looking at the wrong Apache Ant, but it looks like a build
tool? I'm not sure I understand how you would use this to process your
CVS commands...
I would guess the error comes from something in the CVS/Repository or
CVS/Root folders, possibly pointing at "c:\...". WinCVS uses the
'correct' information in those files, so if something is putting the
wrong type of info (I believe "c:\..." is an error) then it would be
inoperable with other CVS utilities including WinCVS.
