CVS for dummies

Is there a good web site, or even better, a good book that talks about
setting up and using CVS? I just spent the last week working almost the
whole time trying to get my head around CVS. This included about 20
different web sites.

One thing that would be nice to have in the book is how to set up a CVS
server for remote access. I decided to go the pserver route, and found a
lot of conflicting advice on how you set up a CVS pserver.
