I've written a perl script to convert MKS archives to CVS archives.
It cannot handle binary files with branches, but otherwise it should
work. You can find it on

        ftp://ftp.aladdin.de/pub/people/chris/tmp/mks2cvs.pl.gz

Usage is "mks2cvs.pl mks_arch cvs_arch" to generate cvs_arch from
mks_arch.
It was only tested on Linux, on other systems you'll need GNU diff
in your path.

No warranty included, please keep a backup copy of your original
archives :-)
