The key point of interest w.r.t. CVS (or any similar version control
system that allows concurrent editing) is of course that you don't lose
track of where you are w.r.t. the rest of the project, and you can even
bring changes from the repository into your working directory in a
somewhat controlled fashion thus keeping up with ongoing development.
