I don't see it as a bug, so I have no reason to report it.  Feel free
to report it if you believe differently.

Really?  Here's the response I get:

bugs(paul:.cshrc):paul% cvs rlog a/b
cvs log: warning: the rlog command is deprecated
cvs log: use the synonymous log command instead
cvs [log aborted]: no such directory `a'


Do you have any more ideas?
