catching succesfull commits and checking -m 'message'

hi,

I made my first tries with loginfo-attached scripts..seems to work :")
But I was wondering if there is a way to attach script, which do action only
if the following condition is met :

1. the commit message start with say '!'
2. commit is successfull

And the action I want to execute is to update other working copy. I think
somethisng like that :

chdir /other/work/copy
cvs :pserver:...blah.. login ;#how to pass the password !!
cvs :pserver:..blah..  co /path/filename

any ideas !?!
