Hi Shubho -Thanks for the suggestion. I should have mentioned, however, that I need to do this on a remote server (accessed through pserver) and the branch information is not available through 'cvs -n stat'. It's also not in the environment or passed to the commitinfo script by CVS. Any other ideas I may be missing?
