how to setup rep/server/ssh without root access ? *HELP*

Hi,

I have two unix accounts at my university, say :

address@hidden

  and

address@hidden


Both accounts are with different clusters
and have different passwords. I also do not
have root access to either of them.

Furthermore, rsh,rlogin,telnet, etc are disabled
on both clusters, and only ssh is allowed, and
the use of .shosts is disabled. 

How can I setup a rep on one account and access
it from the other ? I can't seem to find all
the required info in the doc/faq/etc.
