Sounds like that's output coming from your (beta) copy of WinCvs.
I'd take it up with their bug-tracking system, which is readily
accessible from their web page (http://www.wincvs.org/).
Note that info-cvs is not the same thing as the CvsGui mailing list
(which lives at http://www.egroups.com/subscribe/cvsgui).
