Karl Fogel's cvs2cl perl script also digs up change sets.  Over a year ago,
I hacked it to produce a HTML page, and also added the generation of diffs.
The diffs are all pulled out, and thrown into static pages, with links
thrown onto the main page.

If you run this over the network and your CVS server is run from inetd, 
you have to tune your inetd so that it doesn't think it's being
DoS'd by the flood of cvs diff requests. ;)

I should sync this up with some recent sources and make it available 
on my webpage.
