But that only works if the module file is actually kept up to date, and
IIRC tkcvs really prefers that you put special comments in the module
file for it to use. Some admins are good at that, some aren't.

I find that running viewcvs (or cvsweb) on the server a much easier
solution for this purpose. Of course, it requires that the cvsserver
admin set it up, but it only has to be done once...
