Scheduling jobs is a job for a scheduler :) and is by far way
out of the scope of a normal application. Remember: CVS comes
from an environment where tools are made to do only their job
and do it (at minimum) well. Every tool has its functionality
plus a determined interface. Plugging them together in any way
nobody could think of before is what makes this approach so
flexible and successful. Rethink your Windows "one does a
little bit of all but none of them right" attitude.

BTW: What's the point in committing when a certain time is
shown on the wallclock? Once you start thinking about it the
only appropriate way of determining when to check in changes
is when a logical step of your development is done. This has
absolutely no relation to calendar time. If you want a regular
backup, please don't abuse a versioning system but use backup
software, please.

Can you *PLEASE* strip off this nonsense when communicating
to the public? Nobody here cares about this useless bloat.
Thank you for considering this option!

And why did you send your message to the list and its admin?
What kind of bull is this? Bothering busy people for no good
reason is not what makes you receive more positive answers.
