Problem : 

Aim : 
	
	To create a CVS System such that the users can share it remotely . let user1 and user2 be two user than user1 shouldhave  write and user2 should have the read permission to the repositary . 

Things done : 

	user1 created the repositary and it is able to do all the operation locally and remotely .

	I have create another user2 that is belog to user1 group and i
	he is able to login to the CVS remotely but But when we check out the files from the repositary , It will give the following error .

setuid failed: operation not permitted 
cvs [ checkout abourted] : authorization failed : server 192.168.202.56 rejected access 

	I am not able to locate the error
