cvs2cl.pl in windows

Hi,

I'm trying to create a Changelog from my repository using the cvs2cl.pl
script with the -l (for dates) options. My working directory is in a
windows 2000 machine. 

I have tried it using cmd.exe and cygwin and it doesn't work in either.
I know this option works because I have tested it in Linux and it works
fine. Unfortunately I need to run it in Windows environment.

If I do: cvs2cl.pl  -l \"-d \'$start<$end\' \" where $start=yyyy-mm-dd
and $end=yyyy-mm-dd, I get the following error:

cvs [log aborted]: Can't parse date/time: '2001-11-29

I have tried several combination of quotations without success. 

Can someone help me with this one?
