For ssh you need to use the :ext: protocol. You certainly can do that,
it doesn't require any changes to /etc/inetd at all. All you do is, on
the client, set $CVS_RSH to ssh, and then follow the directions in the
manual (www.cvshome.org) for :ext: access.
