Problem installing cvs-1.11.1p1 on hp-ux

Hi everybody:
I'm having a problem when I'm try to compile cvs source code on HP-UX 11.00
, I was checking the archives but I just found this :

is anybody has been  experimented the same problem that I have, my problem
is when I run make I got the following error:

however I got the cvs binary , but I don't know if this binary is totally
purify.
