It's hard to say.  First of all, why are you checking out daily? 
Usually you do a checkout only once and from then on you work in that
directory doing update and commit as required.  If you're deleting your
checked out directory every day, you're not only wasting a lot of
effort, but you're getting rid of the evidence that would allow us to
determine what the problem is!
