avoid ^M when committing to Unix based repository

Hi!

I'm using WinCvs version 1.2. The repository is located in a Unix
machine. When I have edited some lines the lines edited has the ^M added
after
being comitted back to the repository.

How can I prevent this?

The Global option: Checkout text files with the Unix LF(0xa) is checked.
