Configuration of cvsweb

Hi,

   Anyone know about the configuration of cvsweb? I need it urgently. I tried 
to install it with 
many ways, but I can't. 
   I use Apache  and Mandrake. The file httpd.conf was configuraded to permit 
access the cgi 
scripts, when I run cvsweb.cgi the message appear:

"Internal Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to 
complete your 
request.
Please contact the server administrator, address@hidden and inform them of the 
time the 
error occurred, and anything you might have done
that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to 
use an 
ErrorDocument to handle the request. "

    In Apache, I configured the ScritAlias like this:

  "ScritAlias /cgi-bin/ /var/www/html/cgi-bin/"
and 
   the files of cvsweb are in:
   /var/www/html/cgi-bin/cvsweb/
and   
I copy cvsweb.conf to /usr/local/apache/conf

    I need a cvs that run in the server urgently.

If someone can help me....
