First, save a copy of the file from your working directory if you don't
have a good copy elsewhere.  Then use "cvs admin -kkv file" to change it
to a text file in the repository, use "cvs update -A file" to change it
to a text file in your working directory, then replace the file in your
working directory with a good copy of the file and commit it.
