"cvs export" creates a ``frozen'' copy of the selected revisions of all
the files in a module, using the tag or date specified to identify the
revisions that it is to select.

        cvs export -kv -r RELEASE-TAG MODULE-NAME

If your module has no revisions ``or anything'', what do you expect to
export from it!?!?!?!
