CVSNT and wincvs over internet

I've tried to get pserver working and have finally given up.  Also read that
it is insecure for internet usage.

I've also read that better CVS authentication protocols are ssh and sspi.
Apparently the former requires some special software running on the NT
server.

So, I guess SSPI is the best option.  Unfortunately I am finding it very
difficult to find any information on the subject.

If anybody has had any success running CVSNT with wincvs client over tcp-ip,
could they please, please, please let me know how it's done.
