WinCVS to ClearQuest

All -  If this post is out of place, please forgive me - first time poster.

I'm curious if anyone out there has familiarity with moving from a CVS (or
WinCVS) managed environment to ClearCase.

Any pointers, pitfalls to avoid, etc?
