We're in the process of moving our users from NFS mounting the CVS
repositories to pserver. We're losing some minor functionality like the
commit/import edit template in CVSROOT/rcsinfo, presumably because
CVSROOT is only available on the server, not the client.
Is there a way we can get this functionality back?
