cvs2cl.pl and tag ranges

Hello all -

I am trying to get a change log for all files modified between two 
tags.  For some reason, the following incantation does not do what I 
want:

~/cvs2cl.pl -l "-rMacClient_020815_1:MacClient_020820_1

If I add a -d '>2002-08-15'" to the end, then it gets closer, but I 
still have some cruft I have to rip out by hand.

All I want is PREVIOUS_TAG < revision <= CURRENT_TAG.  This seems 
like a common operation, so I'm sure I've just missed something in 
the docs.  Any suggestions gratefully accepted.
