Alternate authentication hooks

Under WinCVS1.3 ssh authentication is an option ... works fine. I need to 
be able to direct the authentication process to an alternate authentication 
database. This database might be LDAP, Kerberos, or other something else.

Can anyone tell me if/where hooks are in the code where I can make these 
changes?
