Commitinfo script not being executed

Hi

I am facing a problem for the last 2 days.I have a
script that checks if the user is trying to remove a
file, and if the user has no authority to do
this,commit is aborted.It used to work fine,but now
suddenly it is not.When I traced it,I have found that
the script is not being executed at all.
My commitinfo calls the script as follows

ALL     /usr/cvssupport/cvsremovecheck

The script has execute permissions for all.

Is there any other reason I am overlooking or don't
know about that could be causing the script to not
execute?
