rcsinfo - enable only for specific branch

Hi,
Can we enable the template when files checked
in a spefic branch(es). Can it be done through
rcsinfo?

 As of now, by default all the branches are affected.

By using this, we can give log messages for specific
branches in a specfic pattern.
