Here's mine.

My whole repository bzip2's down to about 5MB, so I just email it to myself
and another project member.  Easy way to make sure it gets distributed to
multiple machines.  (Yeah, scp would be better, but these are WinNT clients
:-(

Besides, it's fun to encode MIME attachments from Bourne :-)
