Removing file with Wincvs not running?!

Hi,
I'm using WinCvs connected to a pserver cvs running on RH 8.0. I am not able to 
remove file from a module when I use the WinCvs GUI (remove selected file menu) 
, it displays an error message saying that the file is tagged and that it 
cannot to be removed. Nevertheless I can remove it directly working on the cvs 
server.
Any idea on this behavior?
