It's not entirely clear what you're asking.  If you made changes to a
local file that you haven't committed and you want to forget them and go
back to the version from the repository, update the file and check the
"Get the clean copy" box.  If, on the other hand, you've made changes
that you've committed and now you want to undo them, update the file and
on the merge tab, merge between two revisions: the first revision is the
most recent revision and the second revision is the revision you want to
revert to.
