SetAttrs Problem faced.

At the time of synchronization we are facing problems with permissions on
slave servers. Each time the Slave synchronizes with the master the log
shows "SetAttrs" on a large number of files. This results in the
synchronization taking a long time and sometimes even failing. 

Please let me know as to how we may remove the Set attribute  problem while
synchronization.
