CVS corrupting .cab file

CVS corrupting .cab file |

Every time I check out a specific cab file, (others seem ok) the java
package manager claims it is corrupt. Manual inspection with winrar shows no
differences or problems. The file _is_ marked as binary.
Obviously I have tested the cab before (OK) and after (corrupt) checking in.
Any suggestions appreciated,
