Firstly can I say I've tried to make this email plain text, but if it ain't then I can't see any further way of making Outlook send in that format (if anybody knows a way, please let me know).
Secondly...
We currently have emails generated for each commit and sent out to a mailing list: this is done via the loginfo/mailcommit/maillist files.
Now this will pick up any file changes, and I believe will also pick up somebody committing a "cvs tag", but here we typically use "cvs rtag" - any way to have emails generated for that ? I could not see anything obvious in Cederqvist (we're running CVS 1.11)...
