How connect to CVS sever via ssh

Hello to everybody,


I tried to configure WinCVS to connect to CVS server via ssh , I generated 
private and public RSA keys, moved private key to local host and etc.
But when I try execute any operation on WinCVS it demand to enter password, 
whereas I connect to my server from dos by executing
"ssh -1 address@hidden"  command I get connected without entering password.

Does anybody know how to configure WinCVS in a such way that it won't demand to 
enter password for every operation ?
