Hi,

When I edit files in two or more sub-directories in a project and commit the changes, I get a log editor session for each directory. To get around it, I use -m ".." but sometimes I want to enter a multi-line message and -m is kind of cumbersome. I don't see this using another CVS system I work with.

My system: Linux RH7.3, CVS 1.11.1p1
Other system: Linux RH7.3, CVS 1.11

Does anyone know why I'm getting the multiple editor sessions? Is this a 'feature' or some configuration setting I can set?

Thanks,
David
