Perhaps you can use symlinks so that the same chunk of stuff is
included in two different CVS projects. But that seems fishy, it
would make more sense to make one project for common stuff, one for
each client, and then use symlinks in the deployed version (linking to
one or more working copies).
You can't sanely check out two working copies into a single directory.
