As long as you haven't checked any revisions in on the branch, you can
just delete the branch tag (with tag -Bd).  If you do have revisions on
the branch, I'm afraid there isn't any easy way to get rid of them --
you just have to outdate the specific revisions in each file (with admin
-o).
