Re: trouble getting cvs history

I appreciate the response, but my issue is that when I run cvs history, it doesn't even indicate that I checked it out on 9/11 at all! What's up with that? When I run various iterations of cvs history, the only instance that is mentioned (with respect to the module) in the returned results is when I initially checked out the source in April 03. That makes no sense to me.

thx

So if you you use -D "Today" you would get "2003-09-12 00:00" as the
comparison time.

Same is true with Thursday, etc.

All,

I'm having trouble getting cvs history for a module in our
repository.
Specifically,

cvs history -n modulename -D "Thursday"

returns => No records selected.

If I run
cvs history -n modulename or cvs history -on modulename

without the date stamp, I get information that I checked out
the module
4-30-03 (this is the first time I ever checked this module out), when
in reality, I checked it out again today. I am able to use it to
display individual file history info, no problem at all, but I really
would like to get info regarding the date that users checked out the
entire modules last.

many thx in advance. I have plowed through the CVS docs and
some other
CVS sites

        http://www.loria.fr/%7emolli/fom-serve/cache/155.html
        http://www.durak.org/cvswebsites/doc/cvs_118.php#SEC118

but couldn't get the info I needed. Any help is appreciated.
