That's strange, I see GMT in my CVS\Entries file; I'm using cvs 1.11.5 on
Windows NT Workstation 4.0. I also checked our NT Server 4.0 box, and it
also stores time in GMT.

Both machines here use NTFS file systems. I seem to recall that FAT file
systems cause this kind of problem, particularly with WinCVS. Is your
machine using FAT or NTFS?
