I'm not sure that CVS really tracks the statistics you're looking for. StatCVS
provides some similar statistics based on the information available to CVS,
though:
http://statcvs.sourceforge.net/

The cvshistory.pl script from IIT provides some slightly different statistics
that may also be useful to you.

CVSPlot may also be interesting:
