RE: Pserver command

Make sure their userId|password(encrypted)|cvsUserId is in the 
$CVSROOT/CVSROOT/passwd file on the pserver machine. Assuming that they have 
set up their CVSROOT env variable, then they 'cvs login' and they should then 
be able to proceed.
