Stable CVS 1.11.12 has been released. Stable releases contain only bug
fixes from previous versions of CVS. This release fixes a lot of bugs,
including a bug that can crash CVS servers talking to client versions
1.8 and earlier. We recommend this upgrade for all CVS servers!
