Well, technically, there can be.  For instance, there is one sanity.sh
test that will fail on the 29th, 30th, or 31st of any month that is
exactly 100 months before a month without the same day (29th, 30th, or
31st...).

But you will only be running builds, so it shouldn't be necessary.  I
would go with a simple `cvs -q up |grep '^[UP]  >/dev/null'.  If that
test returns true, then you updated files in your local workspace...
