man cvs has a section that starts with
"Here are brief descriptions of all the cvs commands:"
It includes add, admin, checkout, commit, diff, export, history, import,
init, log, rdiff, release, remove, rtag, status, tag and update
However, it does not include:
annotate, edit, editors, login, logout, pserver, rannotate, rlog, server,
unedit, version, watch and watchers

You do. (What "info page"? Do you mean the man page?)

Apparently not, it seems to have been overlooked.
